I found a feline on the docks,

Shredding flesh from bone,

Three scaly creatures cast aside,

From the faint laughter of fishermen,

How fast a mighty cat

Grows tired…

Purring with simple satiation,

The Safari to the Sea.

A King to a Scavenger.

Licking his teeth clean

Of bloodied discarded scraps.
